These terms govern your use of Zero Hour Tech's website and the consultancy services we provide. By engaging with our site or services, you agree to the terms set out below.
Use of Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse, reproduce without permission, or attempt to disrupt the site or its content. All branding, copy, and intellectual property displayed on this site belong to Zero Hour Tech unless otherwise stated and may not be used without prior written consent.
Engagement of Services
Our consultancy services are delivered under separate engagement agreements tailored to each client's requirements. Any proposal, statement of work, or engagement letter we provide will govern the specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines of that engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails.
Intellectual Property
All strategic frameworks, research outputs, brand systems, and deliverables created during an engagement remain the intellectual property of Zero Hour Tech until full payment is received and rights are formally transferred in accordance with the engagement agreement. Clients receive a licence to use delivered materials for their internal business purposes as set out in their agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any confidentiality provisions in the engagement agreement. We do not disclose client information to third parties except where required by law or as necessary to deliver the agreed services.
Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are set out in the relevant engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the terms specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services in the event of overdue payment, subject to the terms of the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Zero Hour Tech provides strategic advisory and research services on a best-efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms and any engagement with Zero Hour Tech are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
